Three of Jeison Rosario’s fights in 2013 ended in stoppages or referee technical decisions. He defeated Confesor Guzman in May, Victor Moya in August, and Alexis Sanchez in September. On his fourth game of the same year, he defeated Franklin Frias by knockout. Another highlight to Rosario’s career was defeating Rafael Lorenzo and Carlos Rafael Cruz in a second-round technical knockout (TKO).

But, despite losing, he was able to bounce back and defeat Mark Anthony Hernandez the following year. Rosario continued to soar high, winning several boxing tournaments.

Jeison defeated Julian Williams, the WBA/IBF Unified World Super Welterweight Champion, in a match in 2020. However, that same year, Jeison Rosario experienced another challenge in his career. He lost his WBA (Super) and IBF light middleweight titles. He was defeated by Jermell Charlo by knockout (KO) in the eighth round. According to Jeison, he was not able to recover from his second knockdown.

In 2021, Rosario had a match with Erickson Lubin for the WBC Silver light middleweight title. Unfortunately, he lost the bout by knockout in the sixth round.
