Krzysztof Glowacki is a Polish boxer who formerly held the WBO cruiserweight title for the second time between 2015 and 2016, and he was elevated as an interim champion in 2019. As a child, Glowacki had trained in aikido and karate before he fully decided to settle with boxing. At the age of 13, he was already proficient in boxing. Glowacki also gave up his studies at the age of 18, as he became a young father. He also chose to take boxing as a full-time job.

During his amateur career, he fought 125 amateur fights, which has 103 wins and 19 losses. Between 2003 and 2005, he became the Polish Junior Champion for boxing and became a runner-up in Polish Senior Championships in 2007. In 2008, he became a bronze medalist for the same event in the super heavyweight division.

His professional career started in 2008 and faced Mariusz Radziszerski by points decision. In 2009, he successfully defeated Lukasz Rusiewicz for the Baltic Boxing Union International title. He also ventured into another vacant title in the WBO Inter-continental cruiserweight by knocking Felipe Romero in the 6th round. In 2015, he won another WBO European cruiserweight title against Nuri Seferi.

Glowacki ventured into WBO Cruiserweight Championship by defending his title a couple of times. His first opponent was Marco Huch, who got defeated by the eleventh round knockout, followed by Steve Cunningham who was down twice. Unfortunately, Glowacki wasn't able to defend his title when Oleksandr Usyk defeated him in September 2016.

Glowacki joined the 2018-19 World Boxing Super Series, which created a lot of controversies because Glowacki illegally punched Mairis Briedis at the back of his head. His opponent also fought back by throwing his elbow to Glowacki's jaw. The referee in charge of the fight wasn't able to hear the bell, and Briedis was still throwing punches on Glowacki. Afterward, Briedis' crew entered the ring to stop them.
