Career
Joyce made his professional debut in February 2018, going up against Rudolf Jozic. He won his first professional title, the Commonwealth Boxing Council Heavyweight title in May 2018. In December of that year, he won the vacant WBA Continental Heavyweight title.
In 2019, he defended both of his titles against Bermane Stiverne. In July 2019, he won the WBA Gold World Heavyweight title.
In November 2020, he went up against Daniel Dubois and picked up the BBBofC British Heavy, Heavy, EBU European Heavy, WBC Silver Heavy, and the WBO International Heavyweight titles. He defended his Commonwealth, WBC, and WBO titles in July 2021 when he went up against Carlos Takam. In 2022, he defended the WBC and WBO International titles by defeating Christian Hammer.
In September 2022, he beat Joseph Paker and picked up the vacant WBO Interim World Heavyweight title.
In April 2023, he lost to Zhilei Zhang. The two are set for a rematch in August 2023, it will be for the WBO Interim World Heavyweight title.
