Career
Fury made his debut in 2009 with his first professional fight held on January 17, 2009, against Marcel Zeller. It was held at the Robin Park Centre in Wigan. That year, he won the seven other fights that he was in.
In 2010, he beat John McDermott to win the BBBofC English Heavyweight Title. In July 2011, picked up the Commonwealth Boxing Council Heavyweight title. In November of that year, he defended the title against Neven Pajkic.
In 2012, he won the Boxing Union of Ireland BUI Ireland National Heavyweight title. He won his first WBO title in 2012, the WBO Inter-Continental Heavyweight title after beating Vinny Maddalone.
In November 2014, he picked up the BBBofC British Heavy, the WBO International Heavyweight title, and the EBU European Heavy. In 2015, he picked up the IBF World Heavy, IBO World Heavy, and the WBA Super World Heavy after beating Wladimir Kitschko.
In December 2018, he won the WBC World Heavyweight title, beating Deontay Wilder. In 2019, he again won the WBO Inter-Continental Heavy. In 2019, he won the WBC World Heavyweight title. He has defended this title through 2022. His most recent win was against Derek Chisora.
