Growing up in Atlanta, Kimberly attended Woodward Academy, where she truly shined on the basketball court. As a three-time team MVP and captain, she displayed natural leadership and skill, finishing her high school career with over 1,000 points and more than 800 assists. Her dedication to the game was evident as she also played for the Georgia Dream Team AAU squad for three years, earning accolades like being named to the all-region team multiple times.

College Career

Following her graduation, Kimberly took her talents to George Washington University, majoring in history while playing under coach Joe McKeown. From 2004 to 2008, she established herself as a formidable player, earning the Associated Press All-American Honorable Mention in 2007.
