He later played for Dynamo Moscow and had stints in Turkey with Yıldırımspor and Tofaş S.K. before joining the Atlanta Hawks in the NBA for the 1994-95 season. During his brief NBA career, he played in 10 games, averaging 3.0 points and 1.4 assists per game.

After his NBA stint, Bazarevich played in Spain, Italy, and Greece before returning to Russia. He won two Russian Championships with CSKA Moscow in 1997 and 1998.

National Team Career

Bazarevich was a key player for both the Soviet Union and Russian national teams.

With the Soviet Union, he won a silver medal at the 1990 FIBA World Championship and a gold medal at the 1984 FIBA Europe Under-18 Championship.

Bazarevich began his coaching career in 2001 with Dynamo Moscow.
