James Augustine is a former American professional basketball player who played briefly in the National Basketball Association (NBA) before having a successful career in European basketball, particularly in Spain and Russia. He played 2 seasons for the Orlando Magic while in the NBA.

His European career included stints with several Spanish clubs including Gran Canaria, Valencia, UCAM Murcia, and Unicaja. He also played in Russia for Khimki and CSKA Moscow.

He announced his retirement from professional basketball in October 2019 at age 35.
