Chester Aubuchon was an American professional basketball player who played briefly in the Basketball Association of America (BAA), a predecessor of the NBA. He later served as an assistant coach at his alma mater, Michigan State University.

High School and College Career
Aubuchon attended Horace Mann High School in Gary, Indiana. He then played college basketball at Michigan State University from 1938 to 1942, where he earned Third-team All-American honors from Converse in 1940.Professional and Coaching Career
Aubuchon played professionally for one season with the Detroit Falcons in the BAA during the 1946-47 season.After his playing career, Aubuchon began coaching at high schools in Owosso and Holly, Michigan. In 1954, he moved to Port Huron Junior College, where he served multiple roles including coach, athletic director, teacher, and dean of men.
When the institution became St. Clair County Community College in 1967, he was appointed dean of student personnel. Following his retirement in 1976, he relocated to Ruskin, Florida, where he lived until his death in 2005.
