Carlos Cabezas is a professional basketball player from Spain. During the 2007 Eurobasket championship, he was a part of the Spain national basketball team. Along with this team, he won the Gold Medal in the 1998 FIBA Europe Under 18 Championship, the Gold Medal in the 1999 FIBA Under 19 World Championship and the Bronze Medal in the 2000 FIBA Europe Under 20 championship.
During his professional club career, he won the ACB league championship with Unicaja Malaga in 2005-06. He won the Spanish Kings Cup championship with Unicaja Malaga in 2004-05. Earlier in 2000-01, he won the Korac Cup championship with Unicaja Malaga.
He had begun his playing career with the youth teams of Unicaja Malaga in Spain. In the Spanish EBA league, Unicaja Macias was the farm team of Unicaja Malaga. Cabezas debuted professionally with this team in the 1998-99 season. Further, in the 1999-2000 season, he shifted to the LEB club Circulo Badajoz.
