Mark Worthington has represented the Sydney Kings from 2006 to 2008 and further South Dragons from 2008 to 2009. He has been allocated the position of Forward. He has a height of 202 centimeters and weight of 105 kg.

Worthington was named to the 2004 RMAC All Tournament team and Second Team All RMAC East Division. He was the 2005 RMAC Player of the Year. In the same year, he was selected as Most Valuable Player of the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Tournament as well as the Most Outstanding Player of the North Central Region. Worthington was made a member of 2005 Daktronics Second Team All American as well as 2005 NABC All American team. He is the winner of the NABC Division II Player of the Year Award. In 2006, he was the NBL Rookie of the Year. He was present in the 2006 and 2008 Grand Finals of the Kings.
