Darjus Lavrinovic is a professional basketball player from Lithuania who has a height of 6 feet 11.5 inches. He has a twin brother Ksystof who is also a professional basketball player.
From 1996 to 2003, he was a member of the team Alita Alytus in the Lithuanian basketball league. He belonged to Zalgiris Kaunas from the 2003 to the 2006 season. His play reached new heights in the 2005-06 season and he was chosen in the All Euroleague Second Team. It seemed that Lavrinovic was in need of a couple of seasons at Kaunas to adjust to the game before he eventually broke out. In the following year, he developed into a rebounding monster and in both the Baltic League as well as the Lithuanian basketball league he recorded 9.8 rebounds per game and claimed the crowns.
In the year 2006, he left Kaunas and became a member of UNICS Kazan. He was with this team up to 2008. From 2008 onwards, he is associated with MBC Dynamo Moscow.

Career Highlights
Darjus Lavrinovic won the Bronze medal in the European Championships in the year 2007. He also won the LKL Bronze medal in 2003. In the year 2006, he was a winner of the Baltic Basketball League Silver medal.
