Junior Bridgeman is a former professional basketball player in the National Basketball Association. He played for the Milwaukee Bucks and the Los Angeles Clippers.

High School and College Career
He attended Washington High School in East Chicago, Indiana. Later, he played college basketball for the University of Louisville and was there from 1972 to 1975.
While there, he was named to the 1975 Second-team All-American – USBWA and the 1975 Third-team All-American – UPI. He was also twice named the MVC Player of the Year.
In 2001, he was named the Coach Wooden “Keys to Life” Award.
Professional Career
He turned pro in 1975 and was selected in the first round of the draft by the Milwaukee Bucks. He was there from 1975 to 1984.
When he retired the Bucks also retired Jersey Number 2 in his honor. From 1984 to 1986, he played for the Los Angeles Clippers. For his last season as a player, he returned to the Bucks, playing for them from 1986 to 1987.
