Bill Bridges was an American professional basketball player who played 13 seasons in the National Basketball Association. He won an NBA Championship with the Golden State Warriors in 1975 and was a three-time NBA All-Star.

High School and College Career
Bridges attended Hobbs High School in Hobbs, New Mexico. He then played college basketball at the University of Kansas from 1958 to 1961, where his No. 32 jersey was later retired.
Professional Career
Selected 32nd overall by the Chicago Packers in the 1961 NBA Draft, Bridges began his professional career with the Kansas City Steers of the American Basketball League.
He spent the majority of his NBA career with the St. Louis Hawks / Atlanta Hawks, earning three All-Star selections (1967, 1968, 1970) and two All-Defensive Second Team honors (1969, 1970).
He concluded his career by winning an NBA championship with the Golden State Warriors in 1975.
