Miller attended multiple high schools, including Thornlea Secondary School in Thornhill, Ontario, Wasatch Academy in Mount Pleasant, Utah, and Fort Erie International Academy in Fort Erie, Ontario. He gained attention as a top Canadian prospect, earning a spot in the 2022 Nike Hoop Summit.
Instead of going to college, Miller chose to play for the NBA G League Ignite for the 2022–23 season. With the Ignite, he averaged 16.9 points and 10.1 rebounds per game, showcasing his potential as a professional player.
Professional Career
Miller was selected by the San Antonio Spurs with the 33rd overall pick in the 2023 NBA Draft and was immediately traded to the Minnesota Timberwolves. He made his NBA debut in the 2023-24 season.
He was also loaned for a season to the Iowa Wolves of the G League. His contract was later converted to a standard one.
