High School and College Career
Dunn attended New London High School. Later, he committed to play for Providence College and was there from 2012 to 2015.
In 2012, he was named a McDonald’s All-American and he was also named to the First-team Parade All-American. In 2015 and 2016, he was named the Big East Player of the Year as well as the Big East Defensive Player of the Year.
Professional Career
The Minnesota Timberwolves selected Dunn with the 5th overall pick in the 2016 NBA Draft.
He played one season with the Timberwolves before being traded to the Chicago Bulls in June 2017 as part of the deal that sent Jimmy Butler to Minnesota.
After brief stints with the Atlanta Hawks and Portland Trail Blazers, Dunn signed with the Utah Jazz in February 2023.
In 2024, he was traded to the Los Angeles Clippers.
