Jarrell Brantley is an American professional basketball player. He plays in the Japanese B.League. He also used to play in the National Basketball Association for the Utah Jazz and in the NBA G League for the Salt Lake City Stars and the Greensboro Swarm.
He also spent time playing in Europe and in New Zealand.

High School and College Career
He attended Ridge View High School in Columbia, South Carolina before transferring to Montrose Christian School in Rockville, Maryland.
He later committed to play college basketball for the College of Charleston and was there from 2015 to 2019.
In 20216, he was named the CAA Rookie of the Year and the following year, he was named to the CAA All-Defensive Team. In 2019, he also received First-team All-CAA honors.
Professional Career
Brantley was selected with the 50th overall pick in the 2019 NBA Draft by the Indiana Pacers.
His draft rights were immediately traded to the Utah Jazz. On July 16, 2019, Brantley signed a two-way contract with the Jazz. He split his rookie season between the Jazz and their NBA G League affiliate, the Salt Lake City Stars.
In September 2021, Brantley signed with UNICS Kazan of the VTB United League. However, he left the team in early 2022 due to the Russian invasion of Ukraine. UNICS sued Brantley for $250,000 and tried to prevent him from signing with an NBA G League team.
Brantley had brief stints with the Greensboro Swarm and Leones de Ponce in 2022 before signing with the New Zealand Breakers for the 2022–23 NBL season. In March 2023, he returned to the Utah Jazz on a 10-day contract.
On August 1, 2023, Brantley signed with Nagasaki Velca of the Japanese B.League. As of 2024, he still plays for Nagasaki.
