He attended North County High School in Glen Burnie, Maryland. Later, he attended the College of Marin from 2016–2017. He then transferred to the New Mexico Military Institute and was there from 2017 to 2018 before eventually committing to play basketball for the New Mexico State University and was there from 2018 to 2020.In 2020, he was named to the Second-team All-WAC. Earlier, he was also named to the 2019 WAC tournament MVP and the 2018 All-WJCAC Team.
Professional Career
Queen turned pro in 2020 but went undrafted during the 2020 NBA Draft. Later, he signed with the Rio Grande Valley Vipers.From 2021 to 2022, he played for the Houston Rockets. Queen continued to play for the Vipers at that time. From 2022 to 2023, he played for the Indiana Pacers in the NBA and the Fort Wayne Mad Ants in the NBA G League.
In 2022, he helped lead his team to win the NBA G League championship. He was also named the NBA G League Finals MVP and the NBA G League Most Valuable Player.
That year, he was also named to the 2022 All-NBA G League First Team and the NBA G League All-Defensive Team.
In 2023, he signed another two-way contract, this time with the Orlando Magic and the Osceola Magic.
In 2024, he was named to the All-NBA G League Second Team. That year, he was also named the NBA G League Next-Up Game MVP. He has been named to the NBA G League Next Up Game in 2023 and again in 2024.
