Professional Career
Micić started playing professionally for Mega Vizura in Belgrade, Serbia. He played with them from 2010 to 2014. Then from 2014–2016, he played for Bayern Munich. In 2014, he was drafted into the NBA but he did not play in the league until much later.Then from 2015–2016, he was with Crvena Zvezda as a loan from Munich. Then for the 2016-2017 season, he played for Tofaş in Turkey. Then from 2017–2018, he was signed with Žalgiris Kaunas in Lithuania.
He spent the longest time of his career (2018–2023) playing for Anadolu Efes. Then in 2023, he finally joined the NBA, playing for the Oklahoma City Thunder. In 2024, he signed with the Charlotte Hornets.
While in Turkey, he helped his team win the Turkish Super League three times. In 2023, he was also named the Turkish Super League Finals MVP.
In addition, he was also instrumental in helping his team with the EuroLeague Championship in 2021 and 2022. In both years, he was named the EuroLeague Final Four MVP.
Aside from his professional career, he also represents Serbia in international matches.
