Brandon Miller is a professional basketball player from the United States of America. He plays in the National Basketball Association. He was the second overall pick of the 2023 NBA Draft, selected by the Charlotte Hornets.

Brandon Jordan Miller was born on November 22, 2002, in Nashville, Tennessee in the United States of America. He stands 201 cm tall and his weight was last listed at 91 kg.

His father played college football for the University of Alabama. His brother Darrel Jr. also played college basketball, and so did his older sister.

In February 2023, he was involved in a shooting incident that killed Jamea Jonae Harris. He faced no charges about the incident.

High School and College Career

Miller attended Cane Ridge High School in Antioch, Tennessee. In 2022, he was named Tennessee Mr. Basketball. That year, he also played in the Jordan Brand Classic and he was named a McDonald’s All-American.

He committed to play college basketball for the University of Alabama and was there from 2022 to 2023. In 2023, he was named the SEC Player of the Year and the SEC Rookie of the Year.

Professional Career

During the 2023 NBA Draft, Miller was selected 2nd overall by the Charlotte Hornets. He made his debut in the NBA in October 2023.
