De'Anthony Melton

De'Anthony Melton is a professional basketball player in the National Basketball Association. He plays for the Philadelphia 76ers and he has also played for the Phoenix Suns and the Memphis Grizzlies. Melton has also played in the NBA G League.

High School and College Career

He attended Crespi Carmelite High School in Encino, California. Later, he played college basketball for the University of Southern California.

Professional Career

Melton was selected in the second round of the 2018 NBA Draft and was the 46th overall pick by the Houston Rockets. They traded him to the Phoenix Suns.

In the time he was with Phoenix, he also played for their NBA G League affiliate team, the Northern Arizona Suns. In 2019, he signed with the Memphis Grizzlies and played with them through to 2022 when he was traded to the Philadelphia 76ers.

He continues to play for the 76ers as of 2024.
