Later, he committed to play for the University of Alabama and was there from 2021 to 2022. While there, he was named to the SEC All-Freshman Team.
Professional Career
He joined the NBA in 2022 and he was selected in the second round by the Boston Celtics. Calhoun signed with them in July.
In addition to the main team, he also played for the Celtics’ NBA G League team, the Maine Celtics. He made his NBA debut in November 2022.
In July 2023, he signed another two-way contract with the Celtics.
