Bob Dandridge is a former professional basketball player in the National Basketball Association. A two-time NBA Champion, Dandridge played most of his career for the Milwaukee Bucks. He also played for the then-Washington Bullets. Dandridge has also been named an NBA All-Star four times.

He attended the Maggie L Walker High School in his hometown. Later, he went on to attend Norfolk State University. After he retired from the NBA, the Norfolk State Spartans also retired Jersey Number 12 in his honor.

Professional Career
He joined the NBA during the 1969 NBA Draft. He was the 45th Overall pick in the fourth round of the draft and was chosen by the Milwaukee Bucks. In his first year with the Bucks, he was named to the NBA All-Rookie First Team. In 1971, he became an NBA Champion for the first time.
In 1973, he was named an NBA All-Star for the first time in his career. He would be named an All-Star again three more times. In 1977, he moved to play for Washington Bullets and in 1978, he reached his second NBA Finals. He played in four NBA Finals in the 70s and scored more points in the finals than any other player. He retired in 1981.
After he retired, he served as the assistant coach for Hampton University. In 2021, he was named to the Basketball Hall of Fame.
