High School and College Career

He attended Centennial High School in Las Vegas, Nevada. Later, he played collegiate basketball for the University of Oregon and was there from 2017 to 2018.

Rated by Rivals.com and Scout.com, he was one of the most undisputed players in his batch. In 2016, he decided to play for the Oregon Ducks and became one of the best players during his whole season with Oregon Ducks.

During his collegiate debut in 2017, he recorded a score of 18 points in a game against Coppin State University. A few days later, they were matched against Prairie View A&M University and he scored 17 points with 9 rebounds.

Professional Career

Because of his successful basketball career in college, he joined the 2018 NBA Draft where he was selected 15th overall by the Washington Wizards.

After being selected by the Wizards, he secured a rookie contract with them. In 2021, he was traded to the Chicago Bulls, and in 2022, he signed a contract with the Los Angeles Lakers.

In 2023, he started playing for the Minnesota Timberwolves.
