High School and College Career
He attended Nottingham High School in Syracuse, New York. He later transferred to Kimball Union Academy in Meriden, New Hampshire. In 2016, he started playing collegiate basketball for the College of William & Mary. He stayed there through to 2020.
While there, he was given the 2020 Lou Henderson Award. That same year, he was also named the CAA Player of the Year and the CAA Defensive Player of the Year.
Professional Career
Knight turned pro in 2020 but he went undrafted during the 2020 NBA Draft. Later, he signed with the Atlanta Hawks. In 2021, he was traded to the Minnesota Timberwolves and he signed a two-way contract with the team, which also allowed him to play for the Iowa Wolves.
In 2023, he signed with the Maine Celtics. That same year, he transferred to play for the Motor City Cruise.
