Branham was selected with the 20th overall pick by the San Antonio Spurs in the 2022 NBA draft. He signed his rookie contract with the Spurs on July 8, 2022.He also played for the Austin Spurs of the NBA G League in 2022. His contract was later converted to a standard one and as of 2024, he still plays for the Spurs.
