High School and College Career
He attended Garfield High School in Seattle, Washington. Later, he went to Federal Way High School in Federal Way, Washington.
For college, he initially committed to play college basketball for the University of Cincinnati and was there from 2020 to 2021.
In 2021, he transferred to the Louisiana State University and was there from 2021 to 2022. In 2022, he was named to the First-team All-SEC. He was also named that year’s SEC Sixth Man of the Year.
Professional Career
Eason turned pro in 2022 and was the 17th overall pick of the 2022 NBA Draft, selected by the Houston Rockets. He signed with the Rockets in July and made his debut in October.
He would later be named to the 2023 NBA All-Rookie Second Team.
