Jon Barry is a former NBA player who last played for the Houston Rockets in 2006. He is currently working as a television and sports analyst for ESPN and ABC. Barry was known for his number 20 jersey and his Hall of Famer father, Rick Barry.

Barry is the son of Pam Connolly and Rick Barry and had 3 basketball player brothers. Barry attended De La Salle High School in Concord, California. He later joined the Georgia Institute of Technology for their college basketball team.

NBA Career

In 1992, Barry decided to join the NBA Draft, where he was immediately drafted by the Boston Celtics, but they eventually gave him to the Milwaukee Bucks. After 3 seasons, he was soon traded to the Golden State Warriors, which also traded him the following year. Barry last played with the Houston Rockets in 2006, and he instantly decided to become a TV sports analyst for ESPN and ABC.
