Timothé Luwawu-Cabarrot is a professional basketball player who is currently playing for the Atlanta Hawks as the team’s shooting guard and small forward. Luwawu-Cabarrot was born and raised in Cannes, France, where he first made a basketball career.
Pre-NBA Career
In 2012, Luwawu-Cabarrot played for the Antibes Sharks, a French basketball club, but it took him 2 years to become a member. During his 42 game stay, he averaged 7.1 points with 1.6 assists and 2.5 rebounds.
In 2015, he signed with the Mega Leks, a Serbian basketball club. It was an advantage for the Leks to acquire him because he helped the team win the Serbian Cup. At the end of the season, he earned All-ABA League Team honors. He also contributed an average of 14.6 points.

NBA Career
In April 2016, he joined the 2016 NBA Draft where he was selected by the Philadelphia 76ers. In July 2016m he signed with the 76ers, where he was assigned to play for the 2016 NBA Summer League.
Other NBA teams that he was involved with were Oklahoma City Thunder, Chicago Bulls, Brooklyn Nets, and the Atlanta Hawks. Currently, he is playing for the Atlanta Hawks as he signed with the team in September 2021.
