Juan Toscano-Anderson is a Mexican-American professional basketball player. He plays in the National Basketball Association for the Sacramento Kings. In 2022, he became an NBA Champion along with the rest of the Golden State Warriors.

Juan Ronel Toscano-Anderson was born on April 10, 1993, in Oakland, California, United States of America to an African-American father and a Mexican-American mother. He stands 198 cm tall and his weight is listed at 94 kg. Toscano-Anderson is a right-handed small forward and shooting guard.His maternal grandfather immigrated to the U.S. from Michoacán, Mexico in the 1960s. Toscano-Anderson grew up speaking Spanish and celebrating both Mexican and American holidays.
High School and College Career
Toscano-Anderson attended Castro Valley High School in Castro Valley, California. He later committed to play college basketball for Marquette University from 2011 to 2015.Professional Career
After going undrafted in the 2015 NBA Draft, Toscano-Anderson began his professional career in Mexico with Soles de Mexicali. He then had stints in Venezuela with Bucaneros de La Guaira and back in Mexico with Fuerza Regia de Monterrey from 2016 to 2018.In 2017 and 2019, he became an LNBP Champion. In October 2018, Toscano-Anderson joined the Santa Cruz Warriors of the NBA G League. He played for Santa Cruz for two seasons.
On February 6, 2020, Toscano-Anderson signed with the Golden State Warriors. He became a regular rotation player, helping the Warriors win the 2022 NBA Championship. Toscano-Anderson was the second player of Mexican descent to win an NBA title.
Toscano-Anderson signed with the Los Angeles Lakers for the 2022-23 season. He was traded to the Utah Jazz in February 2023. In September 2023, Toscano-Anderson signed with the Sacramento Kings but was waived in January 2024. He then re-joined the Capitanes de Ciudad de México.
