He is the son of Dell Curry, a former basketball player in the NBA, and the brother of Stephen Curry. He is married to Callie Rivers, daughter of Doc Rivers.
High School and College Career
He attended the Charlotte Christian High School in his hometown. He was on the honor roll in all four years he attended the school. By the time he was a senior, he committed to play college basketball for Liberty University. Later, he transferred to play for Duke University. He was at Duke from 2010 to 2013.
Professional Career
Curry went undrafted in the 2013 NBA Draft. He later joined the Golden State Warriors and played in six preseason games with them before he was waived.
In December 2013, he signed with the Memphis Grizzlies. In February 2014, he was acquired by the Santa Cruz Warriors and was named to the 2014 NBA D-League All-Star Game.
In 2014, he signed a contract with the Cleveland Cavaliers, which lasted 10 days, and with the Erie Bay Hawks. He also joined the Orlando Magic for the Summer League. In 2015, he signed another 10-day contract, this time with the Phoenix Suns before returning to play for the Erie.
In 2015, he joined the New Orleans Pelicans, and in July of that year, he signed to play for the Sacramento Kings. He became a restricted free agent in 2016 and signed with the Dallas Mavericks. After an injury, he had to have surgery on his left tibia.
In 2017, he signed with the Portland Trail Blazers. He played with the team through to 2019 before he returned to playing for the Mavericks. In 2020, the Mavericks traded him to the Philadelphia 76ers. In 2022, the team also traded him to the Brooklyn Nets.
In July 2023, he left the Nets as a free agent to join the Mavericks on a two-year deal.
