High School and College Career

He attended Knight High School in Palmdale, California. Later, he committed to play for the California State University Fresno and was there from 2008 to 2010. While there, he was named to the Second-team All-WAC in 2010.

Paul George only played two seasons with Fresno State. During his sophomore year, he was named by Sports Illustrated as one of the most entertaining college basketball players.

Professional Career

In 2010, he declared for the NBA and was selected in the 1st round of the NBA Draft and was the 10th overall pick, selected by the Indiana Pacers.

During his rookie season, he was named NBA All-Rookie Second Team. In 2013, he was an NBA All-Star for the first time. He would be named an All-Star a total of 8 times up until 2023.

He played with the Pacers from 2010 until 2017 right before being traded to the Oklahoma City Thunder on July 16, 2017.

He stayed with Oklahoma before being traded to the Los Angeles Clippers on July 10, 2019. In 2019, he was named to the All-NBA First Team. By December of 2020, he signed a jaw-dropping $190 million extension contract with the Clippers. In 2023, he was named an All-Star again.
