Michael Porter Jr of the Denver Nuggets is set to have lower back surgery on Wednesday.

In the announcement, March Bartelstein told reporters from ESPN that the timeline of MPJs recovery is to be determined only after the procedure.

MPJ, 23, was drafted into the NBA in 2018 but has sat out the 2018/2019 season because of a prior back surgery. He had previously signed a $172 million rookie extension deal with the Nuggets in September.

Joe Harris to have Ankle Surgery

Joe Harris, guard from the Brooklyn Nets, is scheduled for ankle to surgery to address what, according to Head Coach Steve Nash is a, little bone particle in his left ankle.

Since spraining his angle on November 14, in a game against Oklahoma City, Harris has sat out six games and is expected to miss more while in recovery and rehabilitation.

Harris is noted for being a two-time NBA leader in three-point shooting.
