The Phoenix Suns is only one win away to advance to the Western Conference Finals, as they take a 3-0 lead in the semifinal series against the Denver Nuggets.
Game 3 was held on the Nugget’s home court with a score of 116-102 on Friday night. The Suns was the reason behind why the defending champion, Los Angeles Lakers, was eliminated during the first round of the playoff.
Now, the Phoenix Suns is standing by its name, as they continuously shine on the court. The last Conference Finals that they have attended was in the 2009-10 season.
Devin Booker is the leading scorer for the Suns, as he scored 28 points, followed by Chris Paul with 27 points.
On the other hand, Nikola Jokic, who recently won the NBA Most Valuable Player award, had helped the Nuggets with 32 points, 10 assists, and 20 rebounds. Monte Morris scored 21 points and Michael Porter Jr. with 15 points.
