Milwaukee Bucks Lead 2-0 against Toronto Raptors

The Milwaukee Bucks is now just a few games ahead of maybe, just maybe, proceeding to the NBA Finals 2019 if the Toronto Raptors don’t step up their game.

The Milwaukee Bucks is now just a few games ahead of maybe, just maybe, proceeding to the NBA Finals 2019 if the Toronto Raptors don’t step up their game. The Bucks now lead 2-0 after smashing the Raptors 125-103 in Game 2 of the Eastern Conference finals.

Bucks Win All Thanks to Team Effort

Giannis Antetokounmpo must be specially mentioned in Game 2 as he literally was just spectacular throughout the whole game, giving off 30 points and 17 rebounds for the team to win. However, the Buck’s team effort and the bench also made a major contribution to today’s win. There were a total of 6 players, three players off of the bench that scored double figures in Game 2.

Antetokounmpo Takes Away Raptor’s Chance

It wasn’t really lost for the Toronto Raptors at the start of the game. The Bucks led by 28 when the Toronto Raptors started making shot after shot, but only enough to give Raptor’s fans and the team a hope. However, Antetokounmpo probably decided enough was enough. With only 5:51 left to play, Antetokounmpo blocked Raptor’s Leonard to score and started a three-point play. It was that blow that made the difference for the Bucks to win Game 2 of the Eastern Conference Finals.

In a post-game interview with Raptor’s Marc Gasol, he claimed responsibility for the poor performance of his team. According to him, the beginning of the game already put them in a bad spot that they couldn’t get a grip off, resulting in the team’s loss.

Now, the Milwaukee Bucks are just two wins away from moving into the NBA Finals. This would be their first in 45 years should they ever make that feat.
