First held in 2006, “World Baseball Classic” is an international baseball tournament that features professional players from all over the world playing in national teams under the International Baseball Federation (IBAF). The World Baseball Classic is the major baseball tournament sanctioned by the World Baseball Softball Confederation (WBSC).
