Brian Bogusevic

Brian Bogusevic is a professional baseball player who plays as an outfielder. Despite his outfield performance in Tulane University, he was also known to play as their starting pitcher and went on to become a two-way star player for the team.

Bogusevic declared for the 2005 MLB Draft and was picked at 24th overall, by the Houston Astros. Surprisingly, Bogusevic started his playing career as a starting pitcher, especially through the minor league structure. It was only in 2008 that he was moved out into the outfield after being given a trial-of-sorts, in the new position, during the Arizona Fall League. In 2009, he was named as part of the MLB roster for the 2009 season.
