Edward Campusano
Edward E. Campusano is a professional baseball player from the Dominican Republic who plays as a pitcher. Campusano was drafted as a free agent in 2001 by the Chicago Cubs and played in the lower leagues for the Cubs' organization. In 2006, he came into notice while playing in the AAA-League with the West Tennessee Diamond Jaxx. At the end of the year, he moved to the Detroit Tigers using a Rule 5 draftee but spent the entire 2007 season on the Disabled List. He came back to the Cubs and although remains a part of the organization, has failed to get much action or playing time.
During his career he has spent most of his time in the minor leagues pitching for the Arizona Cubs, the Lansing Lugnuts and at Boise, Peoria and Daytona.
