Leonel Rosales

A baseball relief pitcher for the Arizona Diamondbacks, Leonel Rosales was drafted in the 20th round of the 2003 Major League Baseball Draft, by the San Diego Padres. Remaining with the Padres for four and a half seasons, Rosales moved to the Arizona Diamondbacks in 2007, in exchange for outfielder, Scott Hairston. He was recovering from a right hand injury when the acquisition by Arizona was made.

During the winter of 2007 though, Rosales played with the Naranjeros of Hermosillo, in the Mexican Pacific League. His major league debut for the Diamondbacks was in June 2008.
