Minor Leagues

Gonzalez's journey to the big leagues began when he was selected by the Chicago White Sox in the fifth round of the 2001 MLB Draft. He embarked on a steady ascent through the minor league system, making stops at multiple teams including the AZL White Sox, Bristol White Sox, and Kannapolis Intimidators. His versatility was evident as he switched between teams, playing for the Winston-Salem Warthogs and the Birmingham Barons in subsequent years.
