Javier Lopez

Javier Lopez is a Puerto Rican reliever on the Boston Red Sox.

Lopez began his career in 2003 with the Colorado Rockies. He had a strong rookie campaign, but struggled in 2004, and was sent to the minors for development. In 2005, he was traded to Arizona, where he continued to struggle. In 2006, he was traded to Boston, and had a solid year in 2007. He won his first World Series with Boston that season.
